Regional Site Information

Before you shoot the Indoor you must first qualify at a local Regional event... and it's easy!

Regional events are being held across the state and location and contact information will listed here and in the Minnesota Arrow magazine. Regional events will be held on the first two weekends in February (February 6 & 7, and February 13 & 14). You do not have to be a member or customer at any of these locations, all you need to do is call and sign up for a spot. All of the Regional locations are experts, and can help you through this if you are a first time participant and are unsure of just where you fit in. The MSAA uses Regional results to flight Indoor participants into groups of archers with similar abilities (typically flights run from 14-18 shooters)

You need to be an MSAA member to participate in this event - go here for a membership application or you can simply join at the Regional location that you choose to shoot at.

For Regional fees check the Tournament Fee Table. If you take advantage of the Family Maximum it applies only to both parents and dependents only. Fees are on a per class shot basis - if you choose to compete in more than one class at the Indoor (Freestyle and Bowhunter Freestyle for instance) you will need to pay a seperate fee for each. Also, only one fee per each person can be applied when working up to the Family Maximum.

Here is an article that appeared in the December 07/January 08 edition of the MSAA Arrow magazine that helps explain things a little better - Planning For The Indoor.

The MSAA State Indoor Tournament round is the MSAA 300 Round.
