This deer was shot near Zimmerman in October, 2000, and it ran 300 yards despite being holed through the bottom of the heart. In the area this deer was nicknamed by other hunters as "High-Top" because of the height of the rack. A 13 pointer.

This deer was also shot near Zimmerman in late September, 2002. This particular year there was only one alfalfa field planted in the vicinity. Several smaller bucks were passed up for this one. An 8 pointer.
