Tadd with his 2006 Doe
It is always a family affair with the Egenes's family and
deer hunting is no different! Pictured are Ashley, Tadd, Aleah, Amanda, and Allison
(very nice boots!). In Tadd's own words:
"Here is a picture of a small 6 point buck I shot with the
bow on the first day of slug season. I took my whole family to help track
the deer. I showed them where the deer stood 3 yards away from the tree and
where the first blood and hair was 10 yards away where I shot it. I had all of my
girls trail the deer to where we found it 125 yards away. They loved every
minute of it. The two older girls even stayed to help field dress and ask
all of the "what is that part?" questions. The first questions when we got
home were "When can we eat the Tenderloins?" and "When can we make jerky?"
