The National Archery in the Schools (NASP)
program was begun in Kentucky in 2002 and since then has caught fire across the
nation. In Minnesota the Department of Natural Resources and several associations
are stepping up to help schools afford and administer the program at their locations.
To date well over 30 Minnesota schools have applied to take part in the program.
